If you are not entirely delighted with your products, you may return them to us within 10 working days of receipt of your order. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange as long as the item(s) are returned in perfect condition and in the original package unused. Our Delivery Charges cannot be refunded.

​If you wish to return any items to us, please be aware that you (the customer) are responsible for any postage costs connected to this if this was not an error on our behalf. If the returned items do not make it back to us we will require proof of postage before a refund can be issued. Please do not return any item to us before contacting us via email to inform us of any return.

Cut string to 0.6 cm before lighting . Open Flame. Please burn within sight and keep away from flammables, from children and pets. Burn only on a stable, heat resistant surface. Do not move candle while burning or if wax is hot.

Please use a candle snuffer to gently dowse the flame when you’re done, to prevent smoking and wax escaping the candle.
