If you are not entirely delighted with your products, you may return them to us within 10 working days of receipt of your order. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange as long as the item(s) are returned in perfect condition and in the original package unused. Our Delivery Charges cannot be refunded.

If the returned items do not make it back to us we will require proof of postage before a refund can be issued. Please use a candle snuffer to gently dowse the flame when you’re done, to prevent smoking and wax escaping the candle.
